The Yokogawa FG400 Series waveform generators consist of a Single Channel Model FG410 and a Two Channel Model FG420.  These units provide a wide variety of waveforms as standard and generate signals simply and easily.  They can generate accurate, low distortion sine waves up to 30 MHz.
